Engineer, Test Engineering

You will be working as an Engineer in the TE & Maintenance team which is part of the Oulu Factory Manufacturing Solutions department. You will be responsible for maintenance of production testers and fixtures. Your work includes close co-operation with test designers and a tester factory. In practice, you will participate in tester development and tester reviews as well as tester related problem-solving. You will also maintain tester related data in several systems, develop your own responsibility area processes and practices.

• Ensures production testing capability
• Able to implement, maintain and develop methods and processes in his own area of responsibility
• Solves problems both independently and in co-operation with other organizations
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Working experience in the telecommunications or electronics industry
• Tester measurements and test instrument experience; Signal Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter etc.
• Tester design, testing and component experience
• Good understanding of the production environment and processes
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and tools
• Good understanding of product testing

• General understanding of CybersecurityFluent written and spoken English and Finnish

It would be nice if you also had:

• Analog and digital electronics design knowledge

• Basic knowledge of design tools, e.g. CreoviewSome experience of SAP ME, Vcad, GTMT tools.
