We’re looking to add a Test Engineer in Singapore. The position will be based in our HQ in Ang Mo Kio.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and/or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a competitive product manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop testing strategies, workflows, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective production operations.
• Perform test capacity planning to maximize tester utilization and ensure adequate capacity.
• Continuously improve test yield through CIP/RMA activities.
• Generate, update, review, and maintain the Venture Standard Operating Procedures.
• Lead a team of Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians, ensuring compliance with quality standards, company guidelines, and procedures while providing necessary production support.
• Validate and maintain test equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and keeping an updated master list of test equipment to ensure the latest revisions are implemented in production.
• Review and evaluate first article samples before submitting them to customers (if applicable).
• Participate in product transfer activities and provide NPI support.
• Generate and validate test reports before publication.
• Maintain minimum debug WIP by improving test yields and managing resources effectively.
• Liaise with customers on product-related issues to drive improvements for both NPI and existing products.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance test efficiencies and coverage to achieve top-quality results at minimal cost.
• Participate in cost-saving measures and LEAN initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
