DAYS (OFFICE BASED)

EMBS Engineering are currently seeking a Engineering Account Manager to join a growing engineering business that manufactures specialist components for customers around the world.
As an Engineering Account Manager you will be responsible for building customer relationships, informing them on the status of their orders, monitoring any issues that arise and providing solutions. You will liaise with internal departments to monitor KPIs and update senior stakeholders on order progress.
In this role, you will manage a small team to ensure day to day activities are being monitored and account KPIs are being met. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with Aerospace and Customer Account experience that wants to develop their career within a business that is experiencing significant growth.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • Engineering or manufacturing background
  • Ability to deal with changing customers demands and handle issues that may arise
  • Confidence dealing with customers and handling any issues that arise
  • Ability to manage the order process
  • Confident using MRP/ERP or internal systems to manage POs
  • Able to liaise with various stakeholders such as management, suppliers, accounts, sub-contractors etc to ensure targets are being met
  • Focused on achieving KPIs and working to OTIF (on time in full) procedures
  • Ready to take on the support and management of a small team
