Interview process: MTC training will invite you to an initial interview with them.
Candidates who are successful will be invited to an assessment day on 17th March or 21st March at our site in Burton Latimer.

• Attend all relevant training and complete required coursework
• Gain hands-on engineering experience working alongside and under the supervision
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the apprenticeship program
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance tasks, project progress and outcome
