MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Proven experience in asset management or a related field (5-10 years).
  • Understanding of ISO19650 requirements and Level Of Information Needed (LOIN)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Masters or Undergraduate Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for asset management and data integration

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Asset Manager in planning and controlling the handover of project assets to ensure the achievement of quality, completion, and handover objectives.
  • Assist the Asset Manager in mapping the asset hierarchy and determining relevant attributes for asset type and population of the data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to resolve asset allocation and data issues.
  • Assist with educating the wider Spark team on the importance and relevance of the Level of Information Needed and ISO19650 requirements.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Coordinate the interaction between inter-disciplinary project teams in the engineering process, including design, construction, quality, digital delivery and digital engineering, planning and communication & engagement
  • Work in conjunction with the Asset Manager and wider Handover Team in the development of asset allocation and associated handover documentation and procedures.
  • Assist in the completion process in terms of As-built requirements for asset information.
  • Assist in determining the level of information required for the purpose of construction deliverables and asset management.
  • Understand stakeholder requirements, compliance procedures, and processes for asset information captured in the asset handover process.
  • Understand the digital system to handover the asset information to each RAO.
  • Collate asset information and integrate it into the project asset inventory.
  • Support the Asset Manager in setting up the Asset Information Management System.
  • Perform duties in accordance with project processes, systems, and procedures.
