Engineering Development and Early Integration Lab (EDEIL) Branch Manager

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+5 years’ related work experience, Master+5 years’ related work experience).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience leading large, diverse engineering team in a dynamic environment
• Experience using Systems Engineering processes and tools
• Experience presenting to program leaders and customers
• Experience with customer coordination pertaining to complex systems
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) process
• Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work independently

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in an integrated lab environment
• Experience integrating component-level products into a system-level architecture
• Experience with Agile Process and planning/reporting structure
• Utilization of Digital Engineering environment
• Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or GMD program experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
  Telework Availability: 100% On-site

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$120,000 - $190,000
