Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our app-focused Engineering Digital Analyst, you will be a key member of the Analytics Engineering team, playing an important role in shaping the behavioral tracking strategy across our entire organization. In this position, you’ll be hands-on with Firebase app tracking strategies, providing guidelines for developers, implementing web tracking, managing data pipelines, and working extensively with tools such as BigQuery, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Google Tag Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless tracking and data collection, enabling Business intelligence to build reports that unlock behavioral insights for stakeholders.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all brands, domains, and teams within the company, providing valuable insights that directly impact our business. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Product teams, and CRO to understand the systems and data points relevant to each group, guiding developers on best practices for data collection. Additionally, you’ll operate in a high-performing live environment where your code can be deployed directly to production, allowing you to see the immediate impact of your work. This position is ideal for someone eager to challenge and improve existing processes, leading the way to a more efficient and impactful data-driven iGaming experience.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Be part of the Analytics Engineering team and work hands-on with app & web implementations, BigQuery, and data pipelines
  • Have the opportunity to work with a global tracking setup of client-side tagging, server-side tagging, GA4 and Firebase
  • Work across all brands, domains, verticals, and teams within the company
  • Implement tracking on apps so the data can be used in BigQuery to analyze behavior to help create a better product
  • Improve app tracking strategies and make sure our setup is scalable and work as it should
  • Find ways to automate manual processes
  • Work in a high-performing live environment, which enables you to deploy and deliver your code straight to production.
  • Challenge and improve existing ways of working and lead the way to a better iGaming experience by delivering insights that bring business values and actions
  • Work with Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (client and server) and BigQuery
  • Guide developers on how they should implement dataLayer pushes in the client for web, and instructions on how to send events in Firebase that way the data can be collected, processed, visualized, and used as valuable insights
  • Work closely with the product to understand the systems and data points applicable to each group
  • Collaborate with cross-company departments to maintain organization-wide data standards.
