As an Engineering Intern/Co-Op in Innisfail, you will work side by side with other engineering professionals and plant leadership by participating in hands on activities such as sampling, analysis as well as be responsible for documentation and various plant initiatives.

Your Day to Day:

  • Candidate will provide engineering services for less complex technical problems and recommend a course of action.
  • Candidate will provide engineering services for more complex problems under direct guidance of a professional engineer.
  • Lead, or take an active part in the execution of process improvement projects aimed at improving metrics such as uptime, scrap, and quality.
  • Develop and integrate process documentation ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Provide project status reports as required
  • Review and up-date drawings for less complex projects
  • Use Solid works or AutoCAD to assist with design and creating of drawings

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Education - Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Controls, Mechanical, Industrial, preferred)
  • Completed at least 3rd of 4th year of undergraduate course work and enrolled in classes for Spring 2023.
  • Ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • MS Office proficiency
