Description:

We are looking for a Engineering Job Lead to manage jobs within the Engineering Services organization and act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the customer. Do you have experience being responsible for the delivery of Engineering work to the customer from planning through to job completion and acting as the Engineering Change Control Representative? Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of design services to meet the needs of CNL Mission areas and Company objectives.
  • Using general knowledge of project management principles, is involved in project planning, budgeting and resource allocation, through discussions with design resources and internal customers to define the scope of the project and deliverables.
  • Acting as the Engineering Representative for the assigned job in the ECC application and provides oversight of jobs throughout project lifecycle.
  • Tracking and coordinating execution of job tasks and milestones as outlined in the design plan, and regularly meet with the design team for job updates.
  • Resolving situations where risk to job budget and deadlines have immediate impacts, escalates issues and provides a recovery plan for schedule and budget variances.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and effective customer relationships.
  • Organizing and conducting pre-job briefs, kick-off meetings, field walkdowns, and post job debriefs.
  • Providing suggestions for improvements in job planning and execution of design work to enhance overall efficiency.
