EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience. (RPEQ &/or CPEng desirable).
• Familiarity with engineering processes and approaches to deliver complex weapon system upgrades, preferably in an aerospace regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of the BDA E-7 Enterprise will be considered advantageous.
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.

• Technical Leadership - communication, technical management, technical support to engineering Domain teams, technical risk management.
• Project Planning & Reporting - primary Eng support to PM, oversight of the full Engineering Lifecycle, technical metrics, budget & schedule management, identification of critical resources.
• Customer Interface (technical) - Primary technical POC for Block 7, managing deliverables & reporting, oversight of change management.
• Change Management - Leadership of change integration across E-7 blocks, leadership of change impact assessment with Block 7.
• Quality Management - Assurance of engineering outputs to meet quality, Issue resolution for non-conformances and defects.
