Viridor is at the forefront of waste management and resource recovery in the UK, operating the largest network of Energy Recovery Facilities (ERFs). We play a crucial role in supporting the UK’s climate goals by diverting waste from landfills and transforming it into valuable energy resources.
We have an opportunity in Cardiff for a Maintenance to join our team working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The salary for this role will be circa £70,000.00 per year, and participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

As our Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be fully responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Cardiff ERF, maximising production, minimising downtimes and adhering to full compliance. You will be responsible for all engineering and maintenance aspects of the site, ensuring all maintenance schedules are up to date. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will work to continually improve facility efficiencies and maintain high productivity.
