Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT’s graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference in corporate functions as management leaders.
Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation. Your development will be further enhanced through our comprehensive ‘Triple E’ Development Framework - (1) Education, (2) Exposure, and (3) Experience, designed to nurture and develop capable and talent individuals for future leadership positions in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive will support the Manager in operational tasks and contribute as a member of the dynamic retail leasing team. This role ensures that the company’s operations and business transactions comply with all relevant legal and internal guidelines while achieving the organization’s goal.
This role involves managing and documentation submissions, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining policies while streamlining and gatekeeping new processes to ensure leasing’s compliance with regulations and uphold a culture of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support Compliance Manager in ensuring all leasing documentation is completed and complies with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and rectified/mitigate any potential risk within leasing operations.
  • Review and enhance operational workflow and compliance policies for better efficiency and productivity.
  • Support in creating training materials and conducting sessions to promote compliance awareness among leasing and related teams.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders’ agendas for department meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of compliance audits and regulatory report to management.
  • Exposure to other inter-department projects and ad hoc duties
