Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The build pipeline is the beating heart of Vercel. Whether they’re previewing a new app or pushing straight to production, every customer builds. Millions of builds flow through each day. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to grow the Build & Deploy team as it makes the build pipeline faster, steadier, and simpler.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Hold a high bar for technical work and teamwork.
  • Build rapport with each member of the team and support them as they level up their skills.
  • Occasionally review and write code to unblock the team.
  • Participate in and manage the team’s on-call rotation.
  • Work closely with the tech lead to set roadmaps.
