Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading and growing a healthy, inclusive, collaborative team rooted in the opportunities they create for customers
- Ensuring each team member deepens their skills through coaching, training, and mentoring
- Working with Product and Design to build the roadmap for Okta’s AI Integration efforts within CIC
- Regularly meet with partners and stakeholders to ensure that delivery remains unblocked and on-track
- Ensuring that the team has what they need to contribute to their work
- As required, working on stories, tasks, and bugs with your team
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Experience leading and working with globally distributed teams
- Knowledge of know to build and maintain highly scalable and secured APIs
- Strong technical experience working in high-stakes, high-value environments
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
