Splunk’s Developer Delivery group is looking for a Manager to help lead and grow our developer platform. We focus on providing clear, reliable, and consistent testing, merge, and deployment services for Splunk’s core flagship product.

• Develop, retain, and hire a software engineering team, focused on making our industry leading technology even more valuable to our customers.
• Plan and support career development through one-on-one conversations.
• Champion an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a leader, mentor, and technical advisor.
• Partnering with your peer managers, Technical Operations, Release Management Team, and many others to improve reliability of Splunk releases.
• Stay organized and communicate your team’s plans, roadblocks, and wins to the organization.
