We are looking for an engineering manager to join our Content Automation space in Amsterdam. You will be responsible to grow and mentor a high performing engineering team.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership and has a natural alignment with our Box values. The person in this role will manage a team of 8-12 engineers. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ~10 engineers based in the Netherlands
  • Define teams’ objectives / key results and ensure it aligns with Box’s business goals
  • Align, coach and inspire team members to excel on Box values
  • Guide the professional growth of engineers, providing relevant and timely career guidance and feedback
  • Identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency by applying industry best practices
  • Champion engineering and operational excellence by establishing tier-1 engineering principles
  • Promote a culture of ownership and technical excellence, leading by examples
