Description:
Ensuring that the maintenance and operation of movable and immovable plant and equipment.
Ensure execution of infrastructure and construction projects in hospital is carried out in an effective, safe and compliant manner that is aligned to applicable best practices and legislation.
Knowledge of contracts negotiation and management.

Facilities Management
Financial Project Management
Engineering Procurement Practices.
Grade 12 National Certificate.
BTech / Bachelor’s Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering.
Government Certificate of Competency (Factories).
A minimum of 5 years in operations or engineering maintenance.
Practical experiencein the hospital environment or similar environment is essential.
Able to lead a team.
Drivers license and ability to travel.
