Karbon is seeking Engineer Managers passionate about growing highly impactful teams by balancing efficiency and excellence. QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are looking for someone who was at least a senior engineer prior to becoming an engineering manager.
  • We are looking for a leader that can plan and execute a sprint, negotiating with the Product Manager and the Technical Lead to get the best balance of new product, product enhancement, bug fixes and maintenance work.
  • We are looking for someone who can lead a release train. Working with stakeholders to get the required input, plan effectively, and manage a production release.
  • We are primarily a .NET-focused team, any experience with C#, SQL Server, and .NET technologies (MVC, Web API, .NET Core) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for our international, multi-locational team dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and engineering best practices is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is needed.
