THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for our first Engineering Manager in the UK to lead a highly skilled, growing team of 4-7 Senior Full-Stack Engineers. As we grow our international presence, this role will be crucial in fostering technical excellence and strong team dynamics. You will be working closely with LTX teams in Israel to drive innovation in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development using TypeScript, Python, or Go
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js.
  • knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js, Flask, or Nest.js and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working in or managing teams in a startup-like, fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • A track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the LTX team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and AI-driven product vision.
  • Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality code, architecture, and technical designs that meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.
