ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Market team Engineering Manager within Platform Product you are responsible for leading our tech teams and to develop and deliver on regulatory initiatives. You will work closely with the product management team to transform and deliver the greatest iGaming Experience with a focus placed on Responsible Gaming and Customer Onboarding. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams outside Platform to ensure quality in our deliveries

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Support, to define and deliver product features and services
• Leading the platform product team from product concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Leading activities such as roadmap planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving to drive effective product development
• Fostering innovation within the development teams and the organisation, contributing to the company’s growth and efficiency
• Staying on top of current and upcoming regulatory requirements across 2+ jurisdictions
