  • Comes from a C# .Net programming background
  • Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-level software platforms.
  • Strong expertise in API development, RESTful API concepts, and applying design patterns.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse engineering teams.
  • A track record of delivering innovative solutions to large-scale, complex problems.
  • Proven ability to drive high-quality coding practices and lead agile projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with financial services will be advantageous

In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers to design, manage, and optimise enterprise-level software platforms. Your work will drive strategic decision-making, improve customer experiences, and support the latest advancements in application development and AI technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive transformation projects, providing technical thought leadership and hands-on engineering expertise.
  • Build and optimise cloud-based data platforms using AWS technologies such as EMR, Redshift, and Glue.
  • Identify and address technology limitations, developing scalable and sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across teams.
  • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and designed for enterprise scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and self-service capabilities within the software engineering space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced techniques, including GenAI solutions.
