We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Operations Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products, from conception to deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree (MS preferred) in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, or other related fields with 8+ years of working experience in EngOps/DevOps/IT, networking, security, cloud services or automotive industry.
• Excellent foundational knowledge of Linux / Unix system environment and administration.
• Experience with Ethernet networking (plus troubleshooting), file systems, storage, logging, monitoring, tracing and alert.
• Proficient in Bash, Python, PHP, or similar scripting languages.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible.
• Foundational DevOps and system IT expertise.
• Experience with administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and SaaS applications, such as GitHub Enterprise, Atlassian (Jira / Confluence), etc.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with test case and requirement management tools, such as Testrail, Jama, or similar.
• Experience with application-level virtualization through tools like Docker, and machine virtualization via hypervisors such as KVM, VMWare, or similar.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools/frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. OpenTelemetry).
• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO27001 and ISO9001.

DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Experience with automotive buses, such as CAN.
• Verbal / written communication skills in Korean

• Create and enhance tools and processes to increase efficiencies and overall yield improvements in engineering productivity.
• Evaluate, procure, configure, operate, maintain engineering applications, tools and utilities.
• Administer and monitor our company accounts across cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure. Identify underused / overused accounts and take appropriate action to limit and reduce the cost. (Semi-)automate processes where possible, for example account creation or deletion. Create a dashboard to show changes over time.
• Manage and drive integration of engineering tools such as Jira, Git, GitHub Enterprise, CI, web services / dashboards, MySQL databases, Jama, etc.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines in Jenkins or similar solutions.
• Devise and implement engineering policies, rules, protocols to produce a (security-)compliant work environment across our engineering organization.
• Be able to think outside the box and from a customer’s perspective on how to improve existing processes and come up with innovative solutions to challenges.
• Ensure continuous compliance with ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.
• Create documentation and reports.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices and guiding them in their professional development.
