Description:
- Analyze, document and submit proposals for processes and procedures for worldwide operational engineering network
- Coordinate the implementation of BU-wide design rules and operational engineering processes
- Audit the comprehension and compliance with internal design rules and processes as well as with national and international regulations and standards
- Coordinate the operational engineering network
- Perform and coordinate design review process
- Coordination of status quo competence analysis and derivation of proposals for trainings
- Contribution/support at defining new product developments
- Coordinate the introduction and implementation of new products on the part of operational engineering
- Coordinate the implementation of design platform and updates
- Contribution at defining and aggregation of ideas for design platform enhancements
- Contribution/support at root cause analysis (RCA) procedure
- Implementation of lessons learned and preventive measures in design rules and processes according to the RCA results
- academic studies in electrical engineering (focus on power or high-voltage engineering) or equal
- Several years of experience as a project or team leader or coordinator desirable
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
- High level of initiative, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and independent working style
- Very good time, problem, conflict and project management as well as organizational skills
- Structured way of working and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness for permanent further development
- High level of sociability, teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
