Responsibilities:

  • Respond to AOGs (Aircraft on ground) and customer engineering / technical requests.
  • Produce Engineering solutions to support Repair procedures and drawing deviations.
  • Provide engineering / technical support to Customers, Maintenance facilities, Service Centers and other Bombardier departments.
  • Organize investigations for service issues, determine causes of failure and devise effective and innovative solutions.
  • Use judgment to recognize the implications of proposed solutions and be versatile in providing alternate ways to enable returning aircraft into service safely and to customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with other departments, service centers, vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide 24/7 engineering & technical support to our customers.
  • This position requires you to work alternating shifts covering days, nights, weekends and statutory holidays, as per a rotating schedule.
