In this role, you will take responsibility as Engineering Responsible Manager/Technical Product Owner for products in the IntelliVue family in the post-launch phase. You are the first point of contact for potential product changes and technical questions and ensure that each change is accurately evaluated and documented. Your main task is to ensure the quality of our products and the associated documentation throughout the entire product life cycle. You will lead projects aimed at implementing product changes and improvements for patients and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Industrialization, Manufacturing and Test Development to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the product design documentation (design history file) and ensuring that all product documents comply with the internal specifications (quality management system)
- Ensuring that changes are traceable and that the product meets all required standards
- Representing the product in internal and external audits
- Ensuring that changes do not have a negative impact on product quality
- Leading problem-solving discussions with experts from various departments and take part in product-related CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions)
- Managing cross-functional project teams and ensuring that changes are implemented on time and within budget
