ENGINEERING SALES TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM

O’Dell HVAC Group, recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, is a well-established heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment representative that works across Ontario with engineers, building owners, mechanical and sheet metal contractors in both commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a four-month comprehensive training program at our Waterloo location covering HVAC systems, technical sales strategies, and industry standards.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment, including their design, application, and installation processes.
  • Learn to analyze customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Develop strong skills to build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Upon completion of training, transition to a dedicated office location to apply your skills and knowledge in real-world sales scenarios.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide the best solutions to clients.
