Responsibilities:

ROLES & OBJECTIVES

As an Intern you will join Global Technical Operations as part of our Engineering Solutions team in Crespellano, and work in close collaboration with other Operations Central functions and our RRP (Reduced Risk Products) factories in Philip Morris International.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be an active member of the team, join regular progress review meetings and present findings and results;
  • Support the team in analyzing data, generate insights, draw conclusions and make recommendations;
  • Apply engineering methodologies and tools to identify opportunities to improve process performance;
  • Write regular reports on root cause analysis and how it can help to improve processes;
  • Manage a small project autonomously from process mapping to final report;
  • Contribute to overall projects managed by our Manufacturing Engineering department.
