Engineering Supervisor – Electrical Bias
Cemaes Bay – 4 Day Working Week
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Electrical Team on site. You will be acting as the first Point of Contact for client and employees, taking a proactive approach dealing with day-to-day issues, including delivery, Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of ensuring your team are effectively conducting PPM & Reactive Maintenance across the site, as well as remedial and small works. You will conduct risk assessments and Health & Safety checks, ensuring all relevant documentation is filled out via the client systems.
You will liaise with your team to ensure all maintenance work is scheduled and completed in line with the client’s expectations & deliver regular team briefs taking a proactive approach to all your responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with:

• C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualifications
• Experience supervising a team
• C&G 2391 is desirable
• SMSTS / NEBOSH / IOSH is desirable

Please note that due to the nature of the site, this role will require you to undergo SC Clearance
