Description:
ABOUT THE TEAM:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of five, including Automation, Reliability, and Junior Engineers, at our new semi-automated meal kit distribution center. You will ensure smooth operations, optimize efficiency, and maintain equipment reliability during your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, fault find, repair systems, and perform preventive maintenance on automation, robotics, and control panels to ensure equipment availability. Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, support junior technicians, and escalate to leadership or vendors when needed
- Mentor and develop the maintenance team in advanced automation, controls, and robotics while managing team performance, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, report incidents, and lead root cause analysis for downtime events
- Audit vendor work, provide feedback on SLA performance, and standardize PMs across the network
- Participate in ad hoc projects and undertake other role-related duties as required
