Engineering Support Lead

We currently have an opportunity for an Engineering Support Lead to join our team based in any of our head office locations – Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Working closely with the Head of Asset Management Technical Standards, this role will own the development, implementation, and improvement of fit for purpose engineering framework elements of the Asset Management (AM) Operating Model. This role also supports the AM hub with building of strategic Engineering capability within the business.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Asset Engineering for Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services (SI&CS) business; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

• Tertiary qualification in Asset Management planning or suitable experience.
• Understanding of Engineering assets and issues within in Infrastructure assets.
• Experiences in Engineering systems in Infrastructure.
• Experience in Engineering Asset Management.

• Industry experience within government/commercial property and infrastructure.Experience in developing solid senior stakeholder relationships.
