As well as supplying ethanol (ethyl alcohol) to the growing fuel market in Australia, Wilmar also supplies a significant market share to various industries including the pharmaceutical, printing, cleaning, winery, aerosol, animal health and food and beverage industries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking applications for an experienced Systems Technician (Electrical) located at Proserpine Milll in the Whitsundays. This permanent position is a day work position with overtime and some weekend work required.
It is essential that the person we are seeking has the relevant competencies, experience, and qualifications - Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic/Instrumentation. An Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications or working towards will be advantageous. Our ideal candidate will have a proven high standard of performance, self-motivation, attendance, and punctuality.

The experience and qualities which are important to us in this role are:

• Field based instrumentation experience
• Current QLD electrical license
• Extensive experience in process control systems and network
