We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Team Lead to guide a team of 3-5 talented engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, Laravel, Livewire, and Vue.js, with extensive experience in AWS cloud services. You will play a crucial role in cross-team collaboration, architecting scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and leading your team to deliver high-quality software that can handle our growing user base and data demands.
\uD83D\uDDFA️ Location
This is a remote position. You would need to be available within our core working hours Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:00pm ET to ensure sufficient cross-over with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience with Livewire and Vue.js for front-end development.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience with high-traffic applications and large-scale databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor other engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of when to prioritize building things correctly versus building them quickly.
• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement.
