BuyPower is currently in search of a Engineering Technical Lead for the Abuja Office to join their league of technical enthusiasts and shape the future of business and technical strategy.

What They Require..

• Academic Prowess: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Coding Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• MERN Stack Experience: Proficiency with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Versatility Expertise: Experience with Web and Mobile development frameworks (Flutter, Android, IOS, etc.).
• Transaction Knowledge: Experience with high-volume transaction systems and payment processing solutions.
• Lifecycle Navigation: Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Leadership Experience: Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Problem-Solving skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
