THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a motivated Engineering/Technical Recruiter to focus on placing mid to senior professionals within our engineering & technical sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing Mercury Hampton’s comprehensive service offerings, from behavioural profiling to performance solutions.
  • Building and developing relationships with decision-makers in engineering, industrial and technical industries.
  • Using cutting-edge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
