As Engineering Technical Trainer, you will deliver a portfolio of Jet2.com Engineering Training Courses whilst helping to identify, develop and review Training Needs and Technical Courses. This position ensures quality and consistency across the scope of training provided and plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of working practices within Jet2.com Engineering Teams. This position can be based at either Leeds Bradford Airport or Manchester Airport.

What will you do in the role?

• Support the Engineering Training and Development Manager in the development of the team’s delivery of the necessary engineering portfolio of courses.
• Deliver Training events in a variety of Technical Aviation related subjects.
• Identify, develop, and review Training Needs and Technical Courses.
• Be able to respond to a wide variety of different learning styles and have excellent Instructional and Training delivery styles.
• Deliver courses at our dedicated Training Facilities in Bradford and Manchester, Manchester Hangar and at Jet2.com locations throughout the UK and Europe.
• Ensure quality and consistency across the full scope of learning activities.
• Liaise with Learning & Development team and Stakeholders to ensure consistency of courses being delivered.
• To undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with Jet2.com’s business requirements
