Engineering Technician I (Semiconductor MNC / Woodlands)

Position: Engineering Technician I (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 12 hours shift (830am-9pm or 830pm-9am)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: GCE ‘A’ Level.
• Preferably with working experience in the semiconductor field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer literate.

• Perform manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices by operating various precision equipment within established process specifications.
• During pass down, obtain the list of lots to run from the day shift engineer/technician.
  Shift Duties:
• Check MES (Manufacturing Engineering System): Monitor when the lot will hit and hold the lots at downstream steps.

2.Manage Lots:

• When a lot hits, raise a SharePoint request (form) and trigger the Probe Runner to manually place the wafer on the tester or oven in sequence.
• Follow the Clear Quest Request (CQ) from the Engineer.

3.Operate Software:

• Use MobaXTerm (Omelek) software to load and start wafer testing.
• Unloading wafers from testers/ovens.
• Setting pre-heat temperatures.
• Monitor and update wafer testing progress in MS Excel.

4.Close CQ Requests: Ensure all requests are completed and documented.
