Description:

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.
Position: Engineering Technician II (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift; Permanent Day Shift (830am-9pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices by operating various precision equipment within established process specifications.
  • Understand milestone dates and prioritize runs accordingly to complete tasks before each milestone.
  • Manage planning-oriented tasks, considering variables such as wafers and tester capabilities (Hot, Cold).
  • Match wafers to the testers, probe cards, and ovens based on capability and availability.
  • Liaise with day shift engineers for tester stage planning.
  • Coordinate and assist shift technicians (Engineering Technician 1).

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Engineering.
  • Preferably with working experience in the semiconductor field.
  • Planning experience: How to forecast wafer execution.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and computer literate.
