Major Duties & Responsibilities:
General
- Follow standard operating procedures (sops) and work instructions for routine maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of equipment problems.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment components.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Support technicians 2&3 in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and observations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during all maintenance activities.
- Report and document equipment downtime incidents promptly.
Mechanical Technician
- Basic maintenance such as perform routine inspections, lubrication, and basic servicing of mechanical components such as bearings, gears, and shafts according to maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the replacement of mechanical parts under the guidance of senior technicians, including bolts, nuts, washers, and seals.
- Clean mechanical parts and apply lubricants as necessary to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling mechanical parts to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including part replacements, inspections, and lubrication schedules.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report maintenance findings and request assistance when needed.

Electrical Technician
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Identifying and replacing faulty electrical components, such as sensors, plc, switches, circuit breakers, and relays.
- Part replacement, highlighted to supervisor or engineer when no spare part for replacement by filling online form.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling mechanical parts to prevent accidents or injuries & monthly she scores submission.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities including repairs, inspection, audit and maintenance task Preventative maintenance: assist in performing preventative maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment. Maintenance of electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures.

Boiler Technician / Refrigeration Technician
- Install and rectify air conditioning/ refrigeration components and equipment.
- Inspects systems and their components (e.g. air conditioning, heating and refrigeration units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safety and identifying necessary repairs and providing an on-going program of preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures to identify equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.
- Perform preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance as needed and to ensure that the refrigeration (ammonia & freon) and other assigned facilities systems function effectively.
- Clean cooler unit & refrigeration’s facilities (e.g. coils, condensation pans, drain lines, cooling towers, etc.) to ensure units are performing as per required.
- Prepare documentation (e.g. records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, etc.) to provide written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.
- Repairs or replaces defective parts in units, equipment and controls. Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensures availability of required items to complete the necessary installation/repair.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including part replacements, inspections, and lubrication schedules.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report maintenance findings and request assistance when needed.
Compound Technician
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and basic servicing of mechanical components such as bearings, gears, and shafts according to maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the replacement of mechanical parts under the guidance of senior technicians/ executive, including bolts, nuts, washers, and seals.
- Clean mechanical parts and apply lubricants as necessary to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Basic maintenance for internal and external facilities equipment such as toilets, offices, doors, gates, sliding doors, windows, wall, floor, gutter, roofing, painting job, pallet gate, loading dock (strainer, overhead door, lifter) and other related task to facilities.
- Basic maintenance for air compressor which to perform routine inspection, repair, replacement, and make sure compressor running based on requirement specification.
- Basic maintenance for air conditioning and fresh air unit which to perform routine inspection, repair, replacement, and make sure compressor running based on requirement specification.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling mechanical parts to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including part replacements, inspections, and lubrication schedules.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report maintenance findings and request assistance when needed.
Project Technician / WWTP Technician
- Ensure that pumps, blower, filter press, sump pits and other WWTP equipment are functioning well.
- To monitor equipment for potential failures and may make minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
- To perform wastewater in-house testing and sample preparation for outside testing.
- To read & interpret data, flows meters and other gauges to determine operating efficiency of equipment.
- Reviewing data to determine whether adjustments need to be made to treatment method. Communicate with supervisors, coworkers and upper management regarding operations, plant conditions & other essential information.
- To maintain logs, records, and reports relative to the work.
- To ensure proper labeling, packaging handling and storage of scheduled waste according to doe guideline.
- 5S, keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Perform related work as assigned
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum SKM3 / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic technical understanding of basic manufacturing equipment
