• Education – An Associate’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Technology is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience – 2-5 years of architectural drafting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with a strong preference for Revit experience; comfortable with MS Office Suite.
• Communication Skills – Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Innovative Mindset – A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for innovative thinking.
