Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a ETO Tools Developer & Support Engineer in our Apodaca, N.L. location.
We are seeking a talented ETO Tools Developer & Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Engineer to Order (ETO) tools, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ETO tools to streamline engineering workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to identify opportunities for tool enhancement and optimization.
- Ensure the seamless integration of ETO tools with existing systems and platforms.
- Generate necessary support documentation that could help transition tickets within scope to the service desk level.
- Contribute to the documentation and training materials for ETO tools to ensure effective user adoption.
The role is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
