Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries
- Always be up-to-date with the general market conditions
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team’s performance
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Excellent Spanish and English B2
- 1+ year of experience in customer support is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
