Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a customer support agent, your task is to make sure our clients succeed by maintaining the quality of their content and answer the tickets on time to provide the client a good experience on the platform. You will learn how to detect offensive/inappropiate vocabulary and conducts, and apply your knowledge to bring the best support to our clients.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and answer tickets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, trends and best moderation practices.
- Collaborate with your team members.
- Provide feedback to managers on trends, and common end-user errors - you are our eyes and ears and know users best!
- Provide feedback on improvements to the posting rules to enhance user experience.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
- Live in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Full time availability.
- English and German Level B2- C1.
- Be able to manage sensitive content.
- Be flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Be aware and reliable: commitment is one of our core values!
- Have high attention to detail.
- Care about people: you will work to ensure the online security of our customers and their users
- Ideally interested in markets, shared economy and new technologies.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service and/or online business is an advantage.
