Short description
We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with English language skills for our manufacturing partner with an international background in Budapest (southern Buda district). Our partner manufactures and sells its own products in the FMCG sector across Europe.
The Commercial Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, experience in project administration, and the ability to handle complex tasks and deadlines. This role involves coordinating new product launches, managing client projects, and leading the Product Realisation and Packaging Development processes.

Tasks

  • Supporting the daily smooth operation of the largest client
  • Administration of projects and database of managed clients
  • Coordination of new product launches
  • Managing the Opportunity to Market Launch process
  • Leading Product Realisation and Packaging Development initiatives
  • Overseeing data structure and data management
  • Supporting the daily smooth operation of the largest client
  • Leading and/or contributing product developments and product implementations
  • Product Sample organization
  • Participating and implementing Decomplexity projects
  • Creating Report about Client Performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational education
  • Experience in sales project management or sales coordination and administration in FMCG
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage parallel tasks and projects
  • Strong capability to handle and manage deadlines with project stakeholders
  • Project management and coordination abilities
  • Capacity to perform well in a rapid and ever-changing environment
  • Proven aptitude for working with cross-functional teams
