We are currently seeking an English Trainer to join our American L&D team to further bolster our capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our corporate language programs and contribute to our culture of continuous learning and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient or native level of English
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English, Applied Linguistics, or a recognized language teaching certificate such as CELTA or TESOL
• At least 2 years of experience as an English Trainer
• Well-versed in the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches for both online and offline teaching
• Experienced in conducting online group lessons
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong service orientation, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers
• Capable of working independently while maintaining a positive team dynamic

• Deliver English language instruction and design course materials with a focus on Business English and Intercultural Communication
• Engage in corporate language assessments to evaluate learner progress
• Organize and lead extracurricular activities related to language learning
• Communicate student progress and provide feedback to both learners and management
• Maintain professional interactions with all internal stakeholders, employing strong interpersonal skills
