As an Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Nurse, you will provide flexible and intensive support for vulnerable families, to support the goal of the Victorian Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Program to improve the health and wellbeing of children across the community of Glen Eira.

Other responsibilities include:

• Meet the overall aim of the Victorian Enhanced Maternal and Child Health (EMCH) Program, which is to improve the health and wellbeing of children by providing focused, flexible and intensive support for vulnerable families experiencing significant early parenting difficulties and children identified as being at risk of harm.
• Providing a tiered, comprehensive, and focused approach for the early intervention and prevention of physical, emotional, and social issues affecting young children and their families.
• Working collaboratively within the EMCH team and liaising with external services.
