We currently have an opportunity for Enrolled Nurse to join us at our Albany Home on a Permanent Part time basis.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Proof of COVID & Flu vaccination

Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivery of care is to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Safe administration of medication
  • Maintaining clinical documentation
  • Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
  • Engage with residents on a daily basis
