Responsibilities:
- Provide best practice nursing care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
- Support the delivery of safe, person/family-centred patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment and care provision.
- Work collaboratively with the RNs and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in clinical supervision of Assistants in Nursing and students.
- Complete mandatory training and performance reviews.
