Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised, and cost-effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
• Observes and practices proper decontamination and infection control measures according to current knowledge and standards.
• Assist Staff Nurse to monitor self and others in delivering effective, safe and coordinated care to all.
• Able to harness team’s cooperation and inspire them to deliver effective, safe and coordinated care to all.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid Practising License with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in an acute / community hospital or nursing home
