Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Enrollment Specialist provides sales administrative support for students and staff related to the ACI Learning enrollment process. This is an external facing role and will be instrumental in the final stage of the enrollment process, assisting students with the signing process. Individuals must be effective communicators, dependable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with prospective students during the final stage of the enrollment process
  • Walk prospective students through the enrollment documents and complete the signing process
  • Follow up with students to ensure any documentation not in compliance is received
  • Process all student enrollment paperwork efficiently
  • Meet deadlines during peak periods, end of month and prior to cohort start
  • Ensure that all student documentation meets compliance standards
  • Ensure no duplicates of student records exist, combine records if found
  • Update student records to meet compliance standards
  • Create new enrollment paperwork if necessary and cancel incorrect paperwork
  • Enter all data into student’s records
  • Once compliance standards met close record and sign off for final review
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy with Salesforce data to ensure we are audit ready
  • Submit ticket for any digital record errors and work to resolution
