Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Oversee and supervise a team of Eligibility Advocates and ensure they are in accordance with Revecore policies and procedures. Participate and assist in facilitating meetings with clients to gain an understanding of their expectations and address any concerns in service they may have. Be the onsite main point of contact for the customer.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Two to five years of related experience such as advocacy and customer service and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Case management experience and working knowledge of State and Federal programs such as Medicaid and Social Security Disability, is a plus.
  • Experience with hospital billing systems (Meditech, EPIC, Allscripts, etc.) desired.
  • Past advocacy experience or experience with helping others through enrollment processes is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working directly with patients in an inpatient hospital room environment, including behavioral health patients.
  • Ability to capture heavy documentation requirements quickly and accurately in both the company and hospital computer systems.
  • MS Office proficiency
